We will be breaking down how to get ahead of the curve when it comes to getting your credentials for your next event. ACCESS is known for its fast turnaround times or as we call it in the print industry, “turn and burn”. This hustle comes at a cost though, as we have to have all-hands-on-deck and make sure our team is compensated for their effort in creating such a high-quality product in a short period of time.

Below, we outline some of the things to keep in mind when ordering event credentials:

Standard Turnaround Time 

At ACCESS, we want to make sure we deliver you with an exceptional product, on time and at a fair price. So, how long does it take to receive your product once you approve your estimate? Your order is placed in our production schedule depending on the date you need your order. From there it is placed into our art department. Our artists review the art and determine if it is a print-ready design. If they have everything needed to design your event credentials, you can expect to see an art proof within 2-3 business days. If everything looks great and you approve it, it then goes into production. Approvals that take longer than 24 hours can affect turn times. From there is takes our production team 3-5 business days to produce your order. Once produced it enters our shipping department, depending on how quickly you need your order, we can ship FedEx or UPS Ground, 3 Day Saver, a variety of Overnight options, and international. Please keep in mind if you are shipping international, that there can be customs delays.

*If your order requires custom foil, we ask for a prompt approval, as it takes us a day to order the custom foil die for your order.

Rush Charges 

We will do everything to deliver you high-quality products in a short turnaround time. So..why charge rush charges? We have a dedicated team here at ACCESS, but we also value their expertise and time they put into creating amazing event credentials. Rush charges help pay for the overtime that is put into delivering your event credentials by your in-hand date. Our rush charges are dependent on how soon you need your event credentials.

Have your artwork ready to go, but don’t know if it’s print-ready? Our artists have taken out the guesswork and created templates for our event credentials, they can be found here.
